Our moods and psychological states are part of us, part of the way we live. We can think it might be useful to change things about how we live, but often the problem that we want to deal with is bound up with lots of other aspects of life that we may feel less confident about changing. Sometimes our wish to change clashes with the way we live.
For example, I might want to develop better relationships, but at the same time know that I tend to be an introverted person, reluctant to be open about what’s on my mind.
I don’t think there are magic bullets that neatly eliminate our problems, but I know that you can make a decision to change the way you live and look to follow that through by working to nurture and develop your commitment to your wish to change.
