Often the key problem we struggle with is how to deal with disappointment. The highs and successes that come our way are great but there aren’t always very many of them. It is the setbacks that bother us more and the way we handle and respond to them. We have to try to keep looking forward, to take the positives out of negative experiences. The question is, how do we find a way to deal with the disappointments and the way that effects our self-esteem. The more we want to achieve, the more we need to be prepared to manage and deal with disappointment.
